Model analysis of spent fuel pit severe accident for SUNPP (Unit 1) under blackout and heat removal failure using MELCOR 1.8.5

Abstract: 

The calculation model of the spent fuel pit for SUNPP (Unit 1) using MELCOR 1.8.5 computer code has been created. The loss of heat removal from spent fuel pit initiating event has been
analyzed. Time limits of fuel damage, hydrogen generated mass and meltconcrete interaction having been estimated.
