The Intensification of Mass Transfer in LWR Rods Bundles by Cellular Mixing Grids

Abstract: 

The CFD-models of 7-rods and 19-rods bundle with mixing grid was developed. The flow field in rods bundles was investigated. A series of CFD analyses were performed to obtain hydraulic and mixing properties of mixing cellular grids.
